it could get worse, then again maybe it could get better

im like super tired and sian for no good reason today!

went to meet waiian and mich at plaza sing, and ah tripod's such a mess ): why why what did i get myself into! sometimes i kinda wish i'd taken the easy way out and done a slacker rs project like what we did last year, but on the other hand i'd have learnt alot less. and after all, what's done is done!

sigh.

and mich asked why i was being so emo (i wasnt!) and said that i was uncharacteristically (such a long word!) quiet. they were both like letting me finish my sentences when we spoke at the same time (because my sentences were so rare), which was also quite rare!

nyeh.

must be all fiona's fault! making me so high about the stupid toy thing.

we were at the science center today, and the movie was quite cool (although it made me pretty dizzy). the lecture was pure nonsense, though. the woman's sentences had absolutely no link.

"because matter occupies space. so the air in the bottom bottle needs space, so that explains why there is a vortex." --the lecturer, talking about the hurricane-in-a-bottle demo. those are more or less her exact words, albeit in much lousier english. i know cause i took it down!

after that i completely switched off la -.-

oh and at the start of the talk she claimed that hurricanes and typhoons and cyclones were the same. WRONG! its true that hurricanes and typhoons and TROPICAL cyclones were the same, but cyclones are completely different things. granted, her slide said the correct thing-- that tropical cyclones were the same as hurricanes.

BUT SHE DIDNT OKAY. hmpf. why should i listen to a person who is like obviously dumber than me! pffft.


okay and on to the toy thing. i had lunch with fiona chew at macs (hahaha she CHEWS very slowly! so i was like half an hour late in meeting waiian and mich. nvm give them precious alone time!) and we sat in this ulu corner next to a large display shelf containing macs toys. and as usual, we talked alot of nonsense (its not my fault its fiona chew's!)

me: why is there this weird person on your cup of coke, with all the snowflakes!
fiona: very hip what!
me: oh, sure. macdonalds act cool buay cool la.
fiona: aiyo you want to know then go and ask ronald macdonalds la! -points to ronald macdonalds toy holding a big hongpao-
me: stupid ronald macdonalds! why your cups like that ah! super lousy you know!.. eh why am i reduced to talking to toys in a display case?

me: ee why is that toy pointing its cannon at me!
fiona: because you insulted its friend!
me: stupid ronald macdonalds get your friend to stop pointing at me!

me: then why are the toys on the bottom shelf all not looking at me ah?
fiona: information takes time to spread mah! it hasnt reached the 1st level yet.
me: uhhuh then how long is it going to take!
fiona: 2 years
me: then why the top shelves so fast!
fiona: they connected with fibre optic threads
me: then why they never install on the bottom shelf!
fiona: they got no more money

me: how come that big guy on the second shelf with a sword not looking at me!
fiona: the guy on the other side offended him

haha there were a few toys that were kinda scary, and this mulan horse that i had when i was young was staring at me super intently! freaaaky. and there was a shelf of dolls who were all looking at me, too. they were all standing upright when we went there, and were upright at first. but like later on, the second doll from the left fell diagonally and we were like !! i insisted it wasnt pointing in my direction, but fiona said it fell while trying to reach me. pfffft.

OKAY SEE IM GOING TO HAVE NIGHTMARES AT NIGHT!
